I just wanted to thank the entire Hickey Law Firm, Andra, Josh and Jennifer for their outstanding service, not only to myself but to the community of Sandpoint. I recently made an appointment with Andra to have a Trust and Will prepared. In our first meeting, I soon came to realize, how knowledgeable Andra was on both. I explained to her that my mom had never done a will and her estate was still in probate after two and one-half years, (big mistake on my mothers part). Andra explained in detail the many benefits of me putting my estate in a trust and how it would protect and shield my children from Probate. Honestly, I couldn't have been happier after that first meeting. It took approximately a month to prepare the documents and Jennifer contacted me when everything was ready to sign. It really gives a person a real peace of mind to know that you've done the right thing not only for themselves but their family to. I would highly recommend the Hickey Law Firm for anyone looking for a profession and talented law firm and I do look forward to working with them in the future.
